Guest guest
The group is so active, I lost the post where someone recalled an amino acid that may only be available via animal flesh. Perhaps she was thinking of carnosine (actually a dipeptide, a combination of amino acids)? http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2006/jan2006_awsi_01.htm -Erin
Guest guest
Interesting article. Perhaps that is what the meat eaters were talking about, actually I don't think they even really knew, they were just blurting something back that they had heard. Although this article is written by a company that makes supplements they have a nice list of references in the back. I suppose if I was overly concerned with this " lack " of amino acids I'd take the time to evaluate these other studies. Thanks for the link Erin.
