Guest guest
This is a great dressing recipe that just tastes like summer to me; all the more reason to eat it during the chilly winter months. To jazz it up further, try adding some finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes after you are done with the processing part. Tangy Salad Dressing 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup turbinado sugar 1/3 cup ketchup 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 Tbs vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt 1 cup olive oil Salad greens and croutons In a blender or food processor, combine the vinegars, sugar, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt; cover and process until smooth. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Serve over salad greens with croutons.
