Guest guest Posted January 13, 2006 Report Share Posted January 13, 2006 This is very quick, easy, and a wonderful winter salad to share at any potluck. i just found some toffuti sour supreme yesterday and i can't wait to try this vegan-style; that stuff is so good! i aso like to sprinkle my serving with balsamic or malt vinegar depending on my mood. Enjoy! Broccoli Salad 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup dill pickle relish 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup sliced green onions with tops 2 packages (10oz each) frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained In a bowl, combine sour cream, relish, Dijon, salt and pepper. Add celery and green onions; mix well. Add broccoli and toss gently to coat. Chill until serving.
