We have vegetarians and vegans and some members are neither. I use eggs when I bake. I use soy milk instead of milk and so far it works fine in my baking. I use soymilk when I bake too, and don't have any intentions of replacing that with cow's milk at all. But eggs, yeah. And maybe organic cheese on occasion too. Some things just can't replace, that's all. I've tried my best to make 'em and it just won't work.
