Guest guest
Do look at the sodium content first. The crab subs, for example, contain over 50% of the RDA in a small serving. The shrimp balls are not quite as bad: 25%. But, that's in a little 50 calorie serving. -Erin , Kyrene Ariadne <kyrene@g...> wrote: > > I will have to make shrimp creole with them. Guest guest
Erin, You are so right about the sodium content..Some of the soy chicken products vary from 16 % to 25 %. The hot dog, sausage products are scary at way over 50%. They are so tasty but I use sea salt on some of my food and I sure can't afford to eat some of those prepared foods that contain over 50% of the recommended RDA of sodium per serving.
