PT and the ranch dressing

It is Black Creek Ranch in the Native Foods cookbook but for some reason I found

it on the net before I had her book and it was called Todeo Ranch, I wonder why

she changed the name. It sure is good........If I serve it along side bottled

ranch the vegan one goes first.

~ Just yesterday i posted the fab-ranch dressing recipe

from the Native Foods Restaurant Cookbook. i think you

will like this one, if not love it; Donna and i do. She calls

it " rodeo ranch dressing " . *lol* But it is in the message

archives as " Black Creek Ranch Dressing " . Check it out

for yourself and let us know if you like it.

In the book she tells why she named the dressing after the

Black Creek Ranch. It was a hunting ranch and cattle-

raising facility that was turned into a 1,200 acre sanctuary.
