I read that Quorn is made up of a kind of mold! ICKY!

Why would they DO that? "

~ Well, a sort of mold or fungus to be sure. But let me

say that it is very delicious what the Quorn company

does with it. My only regret is that they have not seen

fit to find a way to make their products vegan [they contain

egg whites] so more people can enjoy them.

Remember, mushrooms are a fungus, too, and very tasty

in my opinion. *lol*

~ Just yesterday i posted the fab-ranch dressing recipe

from the Native Foods Restaurant Cookbook. i think you

will like this one, if not love it; Donna and i do. She calls

it " rodeo ranch dressing " . *lol* But it is in the message

archives as " Black Creek Ranch Dressing " . Check it out

for yourself and let us know if you like it.

[also, if you have trouble locating the recipe, just say so

and i will gladly re-post it for you.] :)

Whom neither hopes deceive, nor fears torment,

But lives at peace, within himself content.
