Here's one for the group salad dressing collection.

Flax Seed and Garlic Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons ground flax seed

2 garlic cloves, minced

dash of salt

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 large tomato chopped

1/2 tsp. celery seed

juice of one lemon (add a little pulp also)

1/2 cup water

Place all ingredients into blender

and blend until smooth. This has a pleasant smooth

garlicky taste. Good on a salad and it's also tasty as

a salad drizzle.
