Guest guest
Deanna this is wonderful, many of us use it. I haven't used silken soft tofu in this recipe. Donna This is fantastic on a salad, over pasta, on a baked potato, as a dip, hot or cold and pour it over the brussel sprouts too. It's actually endless. So easy to prepare. " Savory Sauce " 1/2 lb. firm or extra firm tofu (not silken) 3/4 cup vegetable broth or water 1/4 cup canola oil 2 Tablspoons soy sauce 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried basil 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic minced Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend. That's it!!! genny_y2k <genny_y2k wrote: Do you ever use soft tofu for your ranch dressing? Curious as I have not found a recipe for ranch that I really like.
