Glad you asked for salad recipes, I forgot about this old favorite of mine. Portia Asian Ginger Salad Dressing 3 cloves of garlic, squeezed 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1/3 full cup low sodium soy sauce 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey 1/2 cup water You can heat all this on the stove or in the microwave to dissolve honey or maple syrup, and store in a jar.
