Goddess Salad Dressing (very close to Annie's) recipe

Hi Mel, this is the version I make. Hope you like it.

Mya

 

Goddess Dressing

 

2 tbls. sesame oil

1/4 cup canola oil

1/2 cup tahini

2 tbls. red wine vinegar

1/4 cup water

5 green onions chopped (bottoms & tops)

1 tbl. lemon juice

1 tbl. soy or tamiri sauce, plus one teaspoon

3 garlic cloves, pressed

2 tsps. toasted sesame seeds

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

 

Combine all ingredients in blender or food

processor. Taste test with a lettuce leaf,

adjust flavors if needed. Place in jar

with tight fitting lid, refrigerate until ready to us.

 

 

 

 

Photos

Ring in the New Year with Photo Calendars. Add photos, events, holidays,

whatever.

That seems like the one I had...I have the worst

memory!

Thank you so much. I will make up a batch.

I felt so bad cause I was on the last of the batch I

made and the teacher I worked with tried it and has

bugged me ever since and I just can't find the recipe!

Did you post this before or am i really losing it? :D

Hi Mel,

You're welcome. No, I haven't posted the recipe previously. I'm

still out here in Calif. until Monday and I brought my cookbook with

me since I've been doing some entertaining at my girlfriends house.

I happened to have the recipe with me when I read your post yesterday.
