I used to sell Pampered Chef and have many of the stonewear pieces. Since you already own and love your cast iron, just treat the pieces the same way and as already instructed. I pretty much exclusively use my pizza stone instead of the metal cookie sheets. I have a nice sized square baker that we make lots of Mexican-style casseroles in. Lawanna - when looking for stonewear, be aware that not all are created equal. I have a friend who bought a " cheap " pizza stone and it actually cracked inside her oven. She got my extra pizza stone for christmas this year, after hearing she really missed cooking with it.
