Just brush with olive oil, sprinkle on your favorite spice and bake in the oven until lt. brn. I will look up my own sweet and sour dipping recipe and post it. Can't remember but I baked them and dipped them into powdered sugar and cinnamon I believe. Who knows, I have so many recipes, maybe it will pop up.
