As far as I can tell Penzey's only has

" savory " . I will take a guess and say

it is probably summer savory.

 

Richter's has only dried summer savory:

although you can obtain winter savory plants.

 

Seems odd, doesn't it.

 

Even Lhasa Karnak only has summer savory.

(Berkeley based herb company with lots of

interesting herbs)

I am looking at the Penzyes catalog and they have savory leaves.

 

8 oz bag is 4.99

4 oz bag is 2.99

1 oz bag is 1.39
