Guest guest
I thought you did a saute with the falx oil. I have never tasted it. I use the ground seeds in baking and sprinkle over food. Is the oil a nutty taste? Donna genny_y2k <genny_y2k wrote: -I store mine in the frig.(recycled glass bottle) but the seed is on the shelf at the health food store and not refrigerated . There are no instructions on the pkg. about storage. Mine is organic bulk. The oil must be refrigerated per instructions on the bottle . Best to keep it in cool storage if you are not sure. Guest guest
-Donna, Barlene's Flax seed oil has a smooth nutty flavor. There are few oils that are really safe to heat to a high temp. The only one reasonably safe is olive oil. I never deep fry, but do saute lots of veggies in olive oil. Do you know you can make wonderful won tons and egg rolls without deep frying?
