Guest guest
Whew! The thought of making these *firestarters* worries the heck out of me. Wax is dangerously combustive and so is dryer lint. Just hope everyone knew that and kept everything away from an open flame. I am so very careful even with bee's wax( using a double broiler.) However I have dipped wood matches in melted wax to make them water proof for fire starting. But I was very careful melting the wax in a double broiler. A safer method is to take a candle along with you camping and shave off a few pieces to use as a fire starter. Happy camping..
