I don't have this Moosewood cookbook and I'd love those 2 recipes also.

Thanks, Donna Oh! (the spaghetti sauce sounds wonderful but I'm afraid of

raw egg, I think it would be good without the egg so I printed that recipe to

try.

Bean Ful, Bean and Kale Minestra (in files), and Split Pea and Rice

Soup. will post later if anyone interested. Black Bean Ful has

Armenian influence and Split Pea has North African influence. take
