Guest guest
I was wondering if this is a good Moosewood cookbook but then again aren't they all? I don't care much for " Moosewood Restaurant Celebrates " festive meals for holidays and special occasions. I haven't been able to connect to those recipes for some reason. Guest guest
Lawanna--- the only recipes I have tried in Moosewood Celebrates are the mashed potato and parsnips (to die for) and the gingerbread recipe I posted the other day. I think the layout throws me a little but I like their ideas and can mix and match here and there from other cookbooks. some of their recipes I would like to try are the Jerk Tempeh, Portobello Burgers, Boston Bean Salad, Roasted Russets with Chipotle Aioli, Orange Gratin, and the Winter Squash Butter. the concept behind the cookbook is a good reminder for me : ). there are so many things to be celebrated--it's just a matter of perspective : ). take care......
