Guest guest
Oh no, I don't want a juicer that costs as much as a washer....I think the VitaMix type or the one Mel mentioned. I would like to use for carrots, spinach and fruits. Nothing I would use too often so I don't want to spend a lot but I don't ever want one of those $35 types either. Thanks for explaining your juicers though. I sure do use celtic sea salt. It really brings out the flavor of your food and you don't need 1/2 as much as regular table salt. I've used it for years. It's expensive but worth it. What brand are you using? Mine is Flower of the Ocean, I'm not in the kitchen right now ,maybe it's Flower of the Sea, well it's one of the two....(:-) Donna rmireles34 <rmireles34 wrote: Do you want a juicer for concentrated juice with no pulp or one to blend fruit etc with all the pulp. For a juicer I have the Green-Star and you can do wheatgrass with that also. Cost me $345 on the net somewhere. It has several pieces to come off and clean and at first is a real pain, but after awile it just takes about 6 min. For blending whole fruit and veggies you cannot go wrong with a VitaMix. It is very powerful and used in most juice bars. This you would use for everything and clean-up is a breeze. Just put in some water and a drop of dishwashing soap, run it, dump it, and fill with clean water to rinse and dry. BTW I was pleased to see in one of your recipes that you were using Celtic salt. I will never use regular salt again after using this. No chemicals and no preservatives etc. Just good for you with natural minerals.
