No, I don't think the tofu would work. The tempeh has a very chewy texture and

a different flavor. The thawed tofu still won't have the same texture. You

might run across it so keep an eye out in the tofu area.

I make a tofu salad with the frozen and thawed, and steamed tofu... I

let it cool then make the salad... I'll post later today.. it is

awesome!
