so glad you posted this Lawanna, it's sooooooooooooo good. I used fresh

collards- they just looked so good in the store- got home and realized I'd never

had 'em before! learned ( the hard way) more of the stem/stalk/rib (?) should

be removed than I trimmed. probly buy the frozen from now on and let somebody

else do the trimmin and cleanin LOL i'm thinkin kale, spinach, all the greens

would be good cooked this way too.
