Hi Patricia, yes I sure do remember you mentoning your cancer and I

always remember you in my prayers as a friend from our loving group.

I also eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. Even when I steam

vegetables I make sure they stay on the crisp side, same with a stir

fry. I take salad or sliced vegetables for snacks and lunches at

work also. I agree, we need more raw veggies incorporated into our

diets.
