Some of you know and others do not know that I have cancer and have

refused to go with traditional chemo, radiation or surgery and have

chosen to do so with natural things. One of the things I have

learned is that raw foods - 80 percent of ones diet should be raw

foods. Also only drink water or tea without sugar. NO SUGAR - poisen

to your body. I have done hours, days, weeks of research. This

type of diet is very good, and people who do this lose weight. You

lose weight eating a lot of salads etc. A great thing for most as

most of everybody are overweight. Just stand on a corner observing

people!

I started out 106 pounds and now am only 90 pounds trying to do this

so I know that I have to eat pasta (whole wheat or rice) bread made

entirely of grains etc. So if you want to lose weight eat lots of

raw food. BTW I am working on my youngest son who is now over 200

pounds and I am worried about diabietes. I send him salads often. I

need to do this daily so that he gets in the habit. He is not

vegetarian, and I do not have a problem with this. A non vegetarian

needs to control the meat that they eat - 4 ounces is plenty. Cut

out the pork for sure - that is really poisen. Next cut out beef.

I love seafood and this is going to be my biggest struggle. The

oceans are so poluted that the only fish one should eat is Alasken

wild salmon. Shrimp, scallops and lobster are a my downfall.

Hopefully this is of help to some of you. I love all of you - you

are a wonderful, caring group, Patricia
