daily meal routine ? melissa

No, I don't do a detox. Eat those greens and you will clean your system

out.....hahaha

I drink a lot of green tea also.

I don't do a detox either. Greens and beans will clear you right out! LOL

I was forced to do those on a regular basis using Triphala until I finally

saw a GI specialist and got put on the meds of my dreams. Heh.

 

Seriously, unless you have a digestive disorder like me, you shouldn't need

to do those too often (if at all). And even if you HAVE a digestive

disorder, if you're doing those too often you may want to seek other

alternatives. Heck, my alternative was radically changing my diet to become

an ovo-pescatarian. If fish and eggs start bothering me, they'll go too.
