Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 I don't have a good meal routine that is working for me! MAybe that's why I don't feel like a healthy veg. I feel like a struggling, chubby veg! i am going to make a new recipe each week (from the Passionate Veg book) and hopefully get on a routine of oatmeal, brown rice and greens, greens, greens!
