Guest guest
Your email was fine. I just think for myself it's good to have a little of everything and a wide variety. I know everyone has different tastes. Some people crave a huge breakfast and a small dinner. I would rather have a small lunch and a larger dinner. You being on insulin probably have to make sure you eat between meals to keep your sugar level regulated. I think it's good for us to post what works for us. Send in your routine. Didn't mean to mislead you, Lex, sorry. I'll volunteer to send my daily eating routine, if interested!
