daily meal routine Hi Bron

Your email was fine.

I just think for myself it's good to have a little of everything and a wide

variety. I know everyone has different tastes. Some people crave a huge

breakfast and a small dinner. I would rather have a small lunch and a larger

dinner.

You being on insulin probably have to make sure you eat between meals to keep

your sugar level regulated. I think it's good for us to post what works for us.

Send in your routine.

LOL>. my routine would freak everyone out.. we are constantly eating

around here... in fact, it is 930, I ate leftover peanutty tofu for

dinner... a couple of hours ago.. and I'm hungry again.. I " ll

probably have some fruit.. that pear looks good... maybe a bowl of

granola... or a bowl of soy dream! hee hee hee!
