Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 I usually have a bowl of kashi or Cheerios with a banana and rice milk for breakfast. Apple for break. Then my lunch might be an eggless eggsalad sandwich, or tofuna, or leftovers from last nights dinner, or I might have a flour tortilla with beans and rice and a small salad. I always have baggies of soup in the freezer and grab one on the way out in the morning so that usually goes with lunch. I also make spreads from the files and take for lunch. Dinner is usually things like recipes from our files. Casseroles are good. Pasta dishes. I usually make a veggie patty or lentil loaf and have steamed veggies and brown rice or crockpot beans or quinoa, or couscous, or potatoes on the side, I always add something raw like grated beets or 1/2 an avocado, or broccoli florets with a little mayo to dip them into. I try to eat cooked greens at least 2 times a week. Hope this gives you an idea. Don't worry, we are not here to judge you. Nice you brought the topic up.
