Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 Thanks for your thoughts...I will start to keep brown rice made up and handy that's an idea that I hadn't really thought about...I'll be starting back to school in a week and need portable lunches. A little container of rice will be easy to take with me I did the South Beach diet a couple years ago before our wedding, so I'm having a hard time breaking the high protein idea now that I want to lose weight again. I also just read an article in veg news about watching how much processed food we consume veg or non veg. I think that is something good to remember. Plus, I'm cooking dinner for my husband who is not veg, but will try everything I make... It sounds like you've got the whole food, vegan, healthy thing going on!
