Guest guest
I have the Uncheese and the Ultimate Uncheese cookbooks and they are stashed at the back of my shelf. They are my least favorite cookbooks. Didn't she test these recipes out before she made the book? LOL I haven't found anything worth posting but the eggplant recipe and it didn't taste good warmed up the next day. Most of the recipes call for too much yeast and they just aren't right on to me. Way too many other good cookbooks out there to use. Guest guest
Happy to hear about the *Uncheese Books*..No doubt they will be on the donated book shelf at the thrift stores and I would have been tempted. I think someone should send an email to the author and clue her in. I email everyone most of the time with praises. I often receive very nice *thank you* mail in return. I enjoy rice/soy cheese on occasion but have not tried cooking with it. I am hooked on re-fried bean sandwhiches. As a child I loved potted meat. Yuck! Somehow the texture , looks and taste are a good substitute for that awful stuff of my childhood. Hate to admit it but I also loved pig's feet as a child. Oh the thought of it now....Horrible. and they are such precious, intelligent creatures.
