~ *lol* Well, i wish you a Happy New Year,

too Paul. And i hope that headache is

nothing more than a distant memory.;)

In digest#364 Isis asked: " I'm busy

preparing food but I wanted to wish

everyone a joyous day and a good year

2006.Did anyone make a New Years resolution?

~ Yes! Joyous day to you as well and may

we all reach our goals and dreams in 2006.:)

In digest#364 Lily wrote: " My resolution

is: I'm going to take my vitamins daily.

I bought a weekly pill box over the

Christmas holiday and I filled it up today

with the weeks worth of vitamins. "

~ That is a great resolution, Lily. Best of

luck to you in 2006. May it be your healthiest

and happiest year yet! :)

In digest#364 Dan wrote: " I made two.

1.) Eat healthier foods

2.) Set my alarm clock so I don't have

to rush in the mornings. "

~ Great resolutions, Dan. You can do it! :)

In digest#364 Sissy wrote: " My resolution is

to make sure my kitchen is well stocked

with more bulk foods. I'm always out of rice,

so when I buy rice then it's pasta or black

beans. "

~ Another great goal for 2006! i have that

trouble, too. Right now my goal is to cook

up all the food in my pantry and then to

restock with fresh items. i have such a

mish-mash of odd things left that i am

going to have to get rather creative

today. *lol* Yesterday i made a good

veggie chili though. :)

wait to try this *Three Bean Tomato Cup

recipe. But I could not bear to discard

the tomato pulp. I am thinking of many ways

to use it. "

~ i hope you enjoy it, and yes, the term

" discard " is just what you do for that

recipe, but bravo to all of us that do

not toss those goodies in the trash and

think of creative ways to use them in

another dish. ::: coffee mug salute :::

~ Aw, poor dear. Sorry to read you were

unwell for the beginning of the year 2006.

i wish you nothing but good health in the

following months to come. :)

HI PT! Galatians 6:10 is one of my favoritest verses, and one I try to live

by as much as possible. :>) Just wanted to say thank you for bringing it to

my remembrance again!
