Guest guest
Deanna, I had " The Soy of Cooking " book. My error, I lent it out and when the coworker quit she never returned it. I will have to find another copy. That is a good book. Kenia, When I first started a found a " The Clueless Vegetarian " A Cookbook for the Aspiring Vegetarian by Evelyn Rabb became by best friend in the kitchen. It has a combo of vegan and vegetarian recipes, easy to follow instructions and she puts little notes and tips after the recipes on how to alter or add ingredients for a different touch. There are no pictures if that makes a difference. Happy middle of the week to all, Fiona , " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k> wrote: > > Two of my favorite recipe-nutrition books are *The Chopra Center Cook > book (Deepak Chopra MD-David Simon Md-Leann Backer) and *The Soy of > Cooking(Marie Oser). >
