Guest guest
Would you have a recipe for a nice roll dusted with flour called telera? It makes a lovely sandwich and I can't find a recipe. I buy these rolls at the market bakery when they have them in stock. I could also use a recipe for a potato bread now that the subject came up. Appreciate any help, Zena Photos Ring in the New Year with Photo Calendars. Add photos, events, holidays, whatever.

I haven't heard of it before (new to CA), but after some research it appears to be a French bread recipe, with special shaping (flattened trilobite?). Check this recipe and see if it will work for you? http://www.espiga.com.mx/ingles/recetas.html#frances > I could also use a recipe for a potato bread now that the subject > came up. I'll check my books...
