Would you have a recipe for a nice roll dusted with flour called telera?

It makes a lovely sandwich and I can't find a recipe. I buy these rolls at

the market bakery when they have them in stock.

 

I could also use a recipe for a potato bread now that the subject came up.

I haven't heard of it before (new to CA), but after some research it

appears to be a French bread recipe, with special shaping (flattened

trilobite?).
