This Scorpio/Monkey loves her garlic! I also use black pepper alot, sea

salt sparingly and you'll always find cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, and

basil in my cupboard.

My new cookbook is Cook's Library: Vegetarian. Like I said, bargain bin

find. There's a winter soup recipe that is calling my name.

I love garlic too Cindy, Try this recipe..Lightly brown chopped fresh

garlic in a smidgen of olive oil. Careful do not burn. Add your

favorite nuts. I used pecans but any kind works. Stir and then store in

the frig in a covered glass jar. Makes the best snack ever.

I buy all my recipe-nutrition-garden etc. books at the ARC, Goodwill,

etc. for sometimes less than a dollar. A couple of my favorites are

*Vitamins minerals and supplements by H.Winter Grieffith MD, and *The

Guide to remedies, homeopathy, Essential oils, and home remedies*..Both

bought for less than $2 at the ARC. Both books were new but slightly

marred and donated by a local book store. I use these books almost

daily. Also a dear friend recently sent to me Depra Chopra new cook

book. It is fantastic. I just finished drying a pint jar filled with

fresh organic Cilantro and one with freshly dried peppermint. I dried

Comfry and use it to make a wonderful bee's wax balm. Am I having fun

or what?
