Paul, check out nutritiondata.com - it lists out foods with their exact amino acid contents. Not specifically non-animal/animal as a list, but you can search on foods above a certain protein level, or a specific food, in the database. You should also look for the book " The Vegetarian Handbook " by Gary Null, which has lists upon lists of vegetable protein sources with idealized protein profiles (based on single foods, double combos, and triple combos). Between the two you should be able to find what you need. You might also find more info in the forums at veganbodybuilding.com...
