Hi Paul, Happy to have you with us. The mail settings can be changed to no mail

and you can scan the posts from the homepage at your leisure or daily digest and

you will have a condensed list of the posts within one email, instead of

individual email posts.

Now regarding your question, I have a textured vegetable protein (TVP)

cookbook and it has the breakdown

of protein, calories and all the vitamins and minerals. Would you like me to

post this for you? I'm more than happy to do it.

Enjoy your evening, Donna

hello everyone,

i just joined the list but i may not be able to stay long given the number

of daily emails (i have dial-up and an old cranky computer).

i spent a lot of time searching the internet for a good list of non-animal

protein sources along with their " complimentary amino acid " content. can

anyone give me a reference?

thanks,

paul

as for complimentary amino acids adn protein sources... are you

referring to that which is mentioned in Frances Lappe's book... diet

for a small planet (I think that's the one.. I have her books.. and

originally thought..
