Great question and I'll add the herbs in also:

 

cardamon (pods and ground)

cinnamon

mustard seeds

cumin

epazote (I grow & dry my own)

lavender

basil

rosemary

ginger

saffron

turmeric

oregano

black sesame seeds (I know not an herb or a spice but I love them)

pineapple sage (grow and dry my own)

dill weed (did I say weed)............LOL

 

These come to mind as my most used.
