I sliced a Quorn roast and placed in the center of serving platter. I served

this around the edges of the roast. This really complimented the roast.

Lime Chutney Broccoli Slaw

2 tablespoons Major Grey brand chutney

6 tablespoons frozen limeade, no need to thaw

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon gr. ginger

1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil

1 (15 ounce) bag of broccoli slaw

3 medium green onions, sliced

1 large carrot, coarsely grated

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Optional: I added one minced jalapeno pepper

For dressing, in a small bowl: Whisk together chutney, limeade, red pepper

flakes, ginger and canola oil.

In a large bowl toss together the broccoli slaw, green onions, carrot and

cilantro.

Pour dressing on the slaw ingredients and toss to coat. Ready to serve.
