Guest guest
I sliced a Quorn roast and placed in the center of serving platter. I served this around the edges of the roast. This really complimented the roast. Lime Chutney Broccoli Slaw 2 tablespoons Major Grey brand chutney 6 tablespoons frozen limeade, no need to thaw 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon gr. ginger 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil 1 (15 ounce) bag of broccoli slaw 3 medium green onions, sliced 1 large carrot, coarsely grated 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Optional: I added one minced jalapeno pepper For dressing, in a small bowl: Whisk together chutney, limeade, red pepper flakes, ginger and canola oil. In a large bowl toss together the broccoli slaw, green onions, carrot and cilantro. Pour dressing on the slaw ingredients and toss to coat. Ready to serve. DSL Something to write home about.
