Guest guest
Sesame Salad Dressing 1/4 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. superfine sugar 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and grated 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed salt and pepper 1-1/4 cups corn or peanut oil 1/4 cup roasted sesame seed oil In a food processor or mixing bowl, blend all ingredients except the oils. Then, in a slow steady stream, pour the oils through the feed tube while running the machine or into the mixing bowl. If you are making the dressing by hand, whisk the entire time you are adding the oil. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
