favourite kitchen utensils - WOK question-Denise

This is what I would do. Maybe season it several times. Like cast

iron frying pans - do not use soap to wash it. Oil after using and

dry by putting it on the burner. I have All Clad cookware and

absolutely love it. However, the wok takes too much scrubbing. I

need to buy one like you have and let it get nice and black. Patricia
