Chocolate Zucchini Cake recipe Colleen question

I don't have this size pan, do you or any members think this would

work in a loaf pan(s)?

from the sounds of this recipe, it is a cake... so if you have two

round or square cake pans, say 9 " or so... that would work.. or in

one bundt pan, or as cupcakes...

 

or perhaps 3 loaf pans, thinking that 3 would be the approximate size

of one 9 by thirteen size pan...

 

or at least that is how I'd go about it! =)
