Sauce with Ricotta recipe. I had to try it, it is the best.

You can use this sauce for a baked pasta dish also.

~ My dh and i are going out to dinner New Year's Eve

with another couple. After i get home i am going to

have snack-type foods out for my son and his pal that

is spending the night so they can stay up until the

New Year... and me too. i have taxi duty that night

for my daughter at 1 am. *lol*

New Year's Day i am making a veggie lasagna, garlic

bread, and broccoli for our mid-day meal.
