Thank you for the site! I think I see what I was doing wrong. When I oiled the

WOK after cleaning; I didn't heat it, I just put it away.

 

Maybe I can resurrect my WOK by scouring it and starting all over from the

beginning with the initial seasoning step.

here is a site to check out. It sounds like you're doing everything

right. Perhaps it's not drying completely? I definitely noticed rust

on mine once when I didn't dry it completely. I bought our wok from

this place and have been pleased with it.
