Guest guest
Ooops forgot about preperation for air drying. Sooo easy.Wash well, Slice thin, ,paper towel blot dry, place on stainless steal racks, well spaced and not touching. Herbs can be dried on paper towels or hung in a warm, out of sunlight room. Be careful hanging herbs in a garage where they are constantly exposed to automobile fumes. Besides hanging herbs give the kitchen a homey look and have a wonderful aroma. Guest guest
Thank you. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh! I better move my herbs. Rosemary has such a wonderful scent. It's a cold damp since I'm close to the beach so I better not try the dry the fruit thing. Too much humidity in the air around here.
