Guest guest Posted December 30, 2005 Report Share Posted December 30, 2005 hmmm... really? open air drying of fruit... do you ever have problems with mold??? how do you prepare your fruit for drying?? =) very interested, Jenni I was just thinking (from your last post actually) how interesting it would be to visit the various kitchens (and people!) on this list... to see each of us in our own space .... the way you described your utensils and iron pots... it intrigued me.. now that I imagine a kitchen with such pleasing aromas I'm really intrigued! !!
