Dehydrators and drying on paper towels

This is very interesting. I dry herbs in the garage by hanging them in bunches

with clothespins. I don't know anything about the fruit. It won't spoil? It

doesn't get stuck to the paper towels. Tell me how to dry apples when you have

a moment.......Thx, D

electricity needed. Even low heat destroys nutrients in the foods so

air drying is healthier in several ways. Most things dry in a day or

two and the aroma in the house is another benefit.
