Guest guest Posted December 29, 2005 Report Share Posted December 29, 2005 Hi Paul, Since the Dr. said avoid fried foods I've found the recipes for burgers, patties, croquettes make good loaves too - 30-60 minutes at 350. a loaf pan full I usually bake 60 min., half full= 30 min. a bit of cheese or smashed potatoes on top is a good variation. peace and happy new year, Angela who I am is fine, it's just this body that's disabled! middle age = that time of life when we realize yesterday's sex, drugs and rock and roll are todays memories, prescriptions and golden oldies! for Good - Make a difference this year.
