Breadcrumbs? Now I know I better get a dehydrator. I don't have one. I have

several steamers but never thought I would have a use for a dehydrator. I think

I'm wrong now.

I have a L'equip dehydrator with 5 trays. It does the job fine for

me. Not as expensive as the Excalibur, but more within my budget. I

would suggest to get one with temp control. Some things I crank it

up, like drying bread for crumbs or stuffing. Some things I dry under

115 degrees so as not to destroy enzymes, like fruit or veggies. It's

a whole new world with one, and I'm very glad to have it.
