Guest guest
Broccolini 1 lb Penne Pasta or Rotini 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 small bunch of Broccoli 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 clove of Garlic crushed or minced. 1 jar Alfredo Sauce 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Parmessan Cheese Rinse and cut broccoli into bit size florettes. Cook pasta according to pasta directions. About 2 to 3 minutes before your pasta is finished cooking, add broccoli to the pasta water and allow the pasta to finish cooking with the broccoli there. When done drain Pasta / Broccoli mixture and leave in coloander while you finish preparing the meal. In the pasta pot, heat oil, add garlic and allow to heat up for about 30 seconds. Add alfredo sauce. Add milk to the Alfredo Sauce jar cover with lid and shake well to remove any of the alfredo sauce that remains. Add to pot, heat to almost boiling. Remove from heat, add pasta, and parmesan cheese, toss to combine.
