Guest guest Posted December 28, 2005 Report Share Posted December 28, 2005 We had 1 fondue restaurant that closed after 4 years. Not sure why it closed. We used to fondue at home a lot. Chocolate, cheese, and oil fondues. But, in an attempt to get healthier we no longer do a lot of the above ingredients in those type of quantitites. Chocolate might be 3 hershey kisses, cheese is one slice, and cooking in oil is limited to a few tablespoons. sigh I really miss dunking fruit and angel food cake in chocolate!
